Isabel Bo-Linn is a designer, educator and researcher. She received a BFA from Loyal Marymount University in Los Angeles and a Master in Graphic Design (MGD) from North Carolina State University, where her thesis project examined the potentials of an embodied interactive system tailored for individuals suffering from complicated grief. With 15+ years of professional design experience, Isabel’s non-profit and corporate clients have included the Democratic National Committee, Hillary for America, Mass General, Pier 1, Target, and others. Her current research focuses on innovative design education curriculum, specifically examining how artificial intelligence impacts design education and design processes. When she’s not analyzing how we engage with tech spaces or playing with creative technology, she enjoys needlework and quilting.
